Solar doesn’t work and they won’t fix. In year 12 of 20 year lease to own. Took 2 years to get a technician out and he couldn’t fix only said system is only working at about 25% and probably for 10 or more years. Said he needs permission from Spruce to come back with parts. That was 3 months ago. Any advice out there? Thanks.
